Our original pool company took our money, started the work, scammed us, then abandoned the project, leaving us with a huge weed infested hole in the ground. Luis and his crew came on board shortly after, took over the project and made magic happen!!! Not only did he catch/repair/replace a ton of the mistakes made by the original pool company but Lapl Pools turned our backyard into an oasis. I can’t say enough good things about this company. They really saved my wife and I from a pool nightmare. Something which has been all too common here in Fl, in the past year or so. Luis and team are professional, RELIABLE and will get things done. My only regret is not finding Lapl Pools when we first decided to build our pool. We would have saved ourselves A LOT of headaches. At the end of the day, Lapl Pools went above and beyond for us and my wife and I are eternally grateful.

I was referred by a neighbor to use Blue Aqua Pools and Spas to refinish my swimming pool. I contacted them, speaking to Alexis who was refreshingly professional. She explained everything to me and booked my pool for the following week. All of the refinish team were excellent in attitude and workmanship. I received an estimate in two days The pool was emptied, refinished and refilled within two days. The price was very reasonable compared to my expectations.

The quality of their work was superior. The first two gentlemen that came were great. The crew that came on the last day and finished the project, left without any communication or procedures for me to follow. The only way I knew they were done is they left with the hose running in the pool.So I was left to assume that I was to fill the pool. Now this was over the Labor Day holiday, so I didn’t receive any feedback or instruction for two days. Having said all that, the quality seems to be great, I’ll know in about a month after everything has cured.
